Scope: Massive plant offsites and CHP unit protective maintenance.
Execution: Active works in progress at KPCL Raichur TPS (Units 1 to 8 & CHP), MSPGCL Plants at Koradi, Khaperkheda, and Chandrapur. We completely transform heavy structures including Ash Towers, Grab Unloaders, and Conveyors.
02. Completed Milestones
Scope: Strategic structural painting and rehabilitation for energy boards.
Execution: Successfully completed massive main plant offsite phases for NTECL Vallur TPP and TNEB TTPS. Currently gearing up for expansive upcoming pipelines at TANGEDCO (NCTPS Stage I & II) and Karnataka Power Corp (Bellary TPS).

Industrial Surface Preparation
The foundation of lasting protection. We meticulously scrape erected steel structures, industrial pipes, and critical equipment using heavy duty wire brushes, compressed air systems, and advanced mechanical means to prepare surfaces perfectly prior to coating.
Advanced Coating Applications
We supply and apply the market's most resilient protective systems. This includes highly durable self priming epoxy mastic primers, bright Epoxy Ti O2 undercoats, and weather resistant Aliphatic polyurethane finish coats that ensure decades of structural integrity.
Concrete & Structural Rehab
We expertly erect steel scaffolding to repair damaged structural members like piles, deck slabs, and beams. We apply APCOLITE APEX facade finishes, Nitobond AR, DEKGUARD primers, and advanced Sika Dur 32 LP epoxy resin to fuse old concrete with new finishes seamlessly.
High Capacity Machinery Deployment
To execute massive high volume jobs rapidly, we deploy an arsenal of industry leading machinery. Our fleet includes Electrical Screw Compressors for continuous pneumatic power, Blasting Machine Hoppers for bare metal stripping, and high pressure Airless Spraying Machines for vast area coverage.
